Requirements

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in remote outreach methods such as cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools
  • Strong empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Proven lead generation skills
  • Excellent negotiation abilities
  • Persistence and resilience in overcoming objections
  • Strong interpersonal skills and active listening capabilities
  • Adaptability and problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and other sales technologies
  • Clear understanding of the US market
  • Highly motivated and target-driven

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to businesses, connecting with key decision-makers to present Yalent’s innovative products and solutions
  • Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings, generating high-quality leads
  • Set appointments and schedule demos for our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition for potential clients
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations Manager to refine outbound sales messaging and strategies, driving appointment-setting initiatives
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and effective follow-up
  • Stay focused on meeting and exceeding appointment-setting targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide feedback from outbound sales activities to inform marketing and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs
  • Develop effective email sequences and outreach strategies to maximize appointment opportunities
