Summary

Join Donorbox, a leading fundraising platform, as an Outbound Sales Development Representative and drive our growth by generating a high-quality sales pipeline. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for prospective clients, articulating our value proposition, and qualifying leads. This fully remote role (with potential future office space in Mexico City) involves strategic research, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Navigator and CauseIQ, to identify and nurture new leads. You will partner with the Account Executive team to generate meetings and drive deals, while contributing to a collaborative and innovative sales culture. Growth opportunities within the sales team are available. The role offers a competitive monthly rate plus commissions and various benefits.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 0-2 years of cold calling, D2D, or direct consultative sales experience
  • Experience working with a CRM or sales enablement tool (Hubspot, Outreach, etc.)
  • High Agency
  • Drive to succeed and be promoted
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Coachable and resilient in the face of objections and rejection
  • Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information

Responsibilities

  • Create a lasting and positive first impression of Donorbox for our prospects
  • Become an expert at articulating our value proposition
  • Create successful cold calling and email campaigns targeting new prospects
  • Partner with our account executive team to help generate meetings, build a sales pipeline, and drive deals
  • Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/messaging, using tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, CauseIQ, nonprofit conferences, IRS database etc. and other avenues of lead generation
  • Manage prospecting status, data integrity, and forecasting in HubSpot
  • Identifying champions and key stakeholders within target accounts
  • Meet all key performance metrics and goals on a weekly and monthly basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Worked in a remote environment
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
  • SaaS experience
  • Worked with nonprofits in any capacity
