  • Proficiency in using lead generation and management tools such as ZoomInfo, with strong skills in setting up and managing sequences
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce for tracking sales activities, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively to various stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Utilize platforms like ZoomInfo for targeted list building, aligning with ideal customer profiles
  • Initiate contact with potential leads through personalized emails, calls, and social media, tailoring messages to address specific needs
  • Set up and optimize outreach sequences to increase engagement and response rates
  • Book meetings with qualified leads, ensuring seamless coordination between prospects and sales teams
  • Track and report all prospecting activities and outcomes in Salesforce with precision
  • Analyze performance against targets, refining strategies to improve sales outcomes

  • Performance Bonus: $15,000
