Requirements
- Proficient in English (reading/writing/speaking)
- 1+ year in retail/hospitality/software sales ideally
- Post Secondary Education
- Energetic, outgoing, charismatic, not afraid to overcome objections
- Someone who can have a casual business conversation and convince prospects to attend a platform overview demo
- This is a highly repetitive position, so it is important that selected candidates can follow a tailored talk track and make 85-95 calls daily
Responsibilities
- Researching, prospecting and qualifying leads in various verticals and geographic locations across Canada
- Contact prospects through outbound phone calls
- Enthusiastically working on outbound activities, representing the company in a highly professional manner
- Successfully and accurately answering prospect questions and providing appropriate additional information to the Account Executives
- Achieving defined productivity goals
- Working closely with the SDR Manager in order to build campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce/CRM is ideal
- Intermediate computer skills desired
- Someone that can navigate through multiple apps/platforms with ease
