Summary

Join Net2phone Canada as an Outbound Sales Development Representative and generate qualified leads for our VoIP telecommunications solutions. You will research, prospect, and qualify contacts, utilizing a state-of-the-art technology stack. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, answering prospect questions, achieving productivity goals, and collaborating with the SDR Manager and other teams. The ideal candidate possesses 1+ year of sales experience (retail, hospitality, or software preferred), post-secondary education, and proficiency in English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to follow a structured talk track and make a high volume of calls daily. Requirements

  • Proficient in English (reading/writing/speaking)
  • 1+ year in retail/hospitality/software sales ideally
  • Post Secondary Education
  • Energetic, outgoing, charismatic, not afraid to overcome objections
  • Someone who can have a casual business conversation and convince prospects to attend a platform overview demo
  • This is a highly repetitive position, so it is important that selected candidates can follow a tailored talk track and make 85-95 calls daily

Responsibilities

  • Researching, prospecting and qualifying leads in various verticals and geographic locations across Canada
  • Contact prospects through outbound phone calls
  • Enthusiastically working on outbound activities, representing the company in a highly professional manner
  • Successfully and accurately answering prospect questions and providing appropriate additional information to the Account Executives
  • Achieving defined productivity goals
  • Working closely with the SDR Manager in order to build campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM is ideal
  • Intermediate computer skills desired
  • Someone that can navigate through multiple apps/platforms with ease
