Summary
Join CoinsPaid as a second-line of defense (2LOD) officer, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and structure in the outsourcing lifecycle. You will support the development and maintenance of the global Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Management Framework, review outsourcing arrangements, and monitor regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include contributing to the design and implementation of SLAs, KPIs, and risk assessments throughout the outsourcing lifecycle. You will also assist in drafting and reviewing outsourcing documentation and support regulatory submissions. This role requires experience in risk, compliance, or a related field within a regulated financial organization, knowledge of relevant regulations, and strong communication skills. Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Risk, Compliance, Procurement, Legal, or relevant Operations within a regulated financial, fintech, or crypto organization
- Working knowledge of EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing and/or MiCA; ability and willingness to develop deeper expertise
- Experience with third-party due diligence
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Other languages are a plus
- Structured thinker who is confident working across jurisdictions, regulatory regimes, and business units
Responsibilities
- Support the development and ongoing maintenance of the global Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Management Framework, including documentation, assessments, and tools
- Provide second-line review and challenge of material and non-material outsourcing arrangements with internal and external service providers
- Monitor regulatory compliance across all outsourcing relationships by maintaining the Outsourcing Register in line with EBA and local obligations
- Contribute to the design and implementation of SLAs, KPIs, KRIs, exit strategies, and BCP clauses in outsourcing agreements
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing outsourcing documentation and internal controls
- Coordinate due diligence and risk assessments throughout the outsourcing lifecycle: identification, onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding
- Support preparation of regulatory submissions and responses related to outsourcing across EU jurisdictions
- Track updates in outsourcing-related regulations (EBA, MiCA, DORA, national guidance) and contribute to internal policy updates
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with outsourcing governance for IT, cloud, or compliance-related services
- Exposure to global procurement or vendor onboarding workflows
