Requirements

• 2-3 years of work experience in Paid Social D2C Marketing with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous hands-on experience of managing Meta and other social channels (Pinterest, Tiktok, etc.), and therefore comfortable with executing ads and undertaking granular analysis

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Paid Social in executing Paid Social Advertising (with an emphasis on Meta)
• Build ads at a high volume and execute customer acquisition and retention strategy for paid social channels, with an emphasis on Meta
• Conduct ongoing performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovation
• Deliver regular reporting that provides insight on cost efficiency of social channels investment for stakeholders across the business
