Pairwise Product Owner

Summary

The job is for an experienced Product Manager to work on the gamification and governance of General Magic's Pairwise product. The role involves making the product more interactive, advocating for transparency, understanding team dynamics, excellent communication skills, and maintaining a flexible schedule. The candidate should have at least 2 years of product management experience in gamification, be fluent in English, and be crypto-curious or have experience in crypto and open source development.

• Be passionate about governance mechanisms and solutions

• Be an exceptional communicator of technical solutions and work tasks
• Be a naturally empathic, supportive and organized team leader
• Be comfortable with accepting, giving and applying constructive criticism
• Maintain a flexible schedule, as our team navigates time zones all over the world

Crypto-curious! Crypto and open source development experience preferred
