PAM Implementation Engineer

Summary

Join GuidePoint Security as a fully remote PAM Engineer and contribute to our implementation team. You will maintain the application layer of PAM product suites, administering and implementing solutions in client environments. This role requires relevant experience with CyberArk, Delinea, or BeyondTrust, along with proficiency in various operating systems and security technologies. You will troubleshoot installations, assist with daily operations, and execute project tasks. Requirements

• Relevant implementation experience with PAM solutions like CyberArk, Delinea, or BeyondTrust in an operational or consulting capacity
• Knowledge in one or more of the following security technologies: Privileged Access Management, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, Vulnerability Management, Configuration Management, Endpoint, SIEM, and general networking background
• Proficiency in currently supported versions of operating systems including Windows Server, Windows Workstation, RHEL, CentOS and Ubuntu Linux
• Proficiency in monitoring and defending attacks utilizing security technologies, including, privileged access events, advanced anti-malware solutions, network forensics, and visibility solutions
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to develop a detailed work plan to ensure project success
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams to resolve issues
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong requirements elicitation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to self-direct and work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Provide an overview of Privileged Access Management solution capabilities
• Administer/Implement PAM solutions in client environments
• Assess and troubleshoot PAM solution installations
• Assist in the daily operations of PAM solutions
• Execute project tasks during engagement activities
• Execute daily tasks, support tickets, and provisioning tasks as assigned or routed via the ticketing system

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience implementing CyberArk, Delinea, or BeyondTrust security solutions in a professional services capacity
• B.S. degree in computer science, management information systems, or equivalent experience
• Relevant vendor certifications
