Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or account management, ideally within the tech, SaaS, or marketing space
  • Proven track record in building and managing partnerships that drive revenue
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, especially in co-marketing, referral programs, and go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to confidently educate and engage partners
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using CRM and other partner management tools
  • Ability to research, evaluate, and vet inbound interest by facilitating calls, analyzing data, conducting market research, and executing account mapping exercises
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adept at balancing multiple priorities
  • Know how to take ownership, operate autonomously, but also know when to ask for help
  • Value taking action over process. Taking an idea, such as co-marketing, co-selling, or education, from concept to launch with partners is exciting to you

Responsibilities

  • Own & execute a pipeline revenue target
  • Scale sourced pipeline from Channel partners by educating and working strategically with new/existing partners to demonstrate the value of Freshpaint to them and their clients
  • Evaluate and meet with new inbound Channel partners to educate and determine their/their client’s fit with Freshpaint
  • Replicate the successful motions to find new Channel partners and maximize value from current Channel partners
  • Partner with the Customer Success team, our customers, and Channel Partners to mature customers advertising stack
  • Build and orchestrate relationships cross functionality between Freshpaint go to market (GTM), Channel Partners, and customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • An understanding of advertising technologies and/or full funnel marketing is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with data privacy and healthcare industry practices is exciting but not required
  • Prior experience at an early-stage startup growing a Partnerships team
  • Prior experience at an agency, in particular a large holding company agency
