Requirements

  • Expertise in partnerships and alliances management
  • Experience building a partnerships program from scratch in a high-growth startup or experience in a team leadership role with a focus on overseeing the broader strategic vision for partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability in handling complex partnership processes, ideally integrating with different enterprise solutions providers and industry collaborators
  • Track record of defining partner success metrics, performing regular evaluations, and modifying strategies to promote ongoing growth and improvement
  • Strategic mindset, with strong technical skills in revenue-related systems and a willingness to dive into details and execute tactical tasks
  • Desire to continually develop your skills, enhance team processes, and reduce inefficiencies

Responsibilities

  • Developing, enabling, and monetizing an expanding a multi-faceted set of partners including BPOs, technology firms, and consulting companies
  • Working with partners and internal teams to optimize co-selling and co-marketing strategies for driving revenue through the partner ecosystem
  • Setting short- and long-term channel strategies and goals
  • Developing, monitoring, and adjusting the strategy, ideal partner profiles, and practices to continuously improve results
  • Establishing clearly defined goals for each partner relationship, and updating and maintaining proper reporting metrics and funnel management
  • Enabling partners through assets and relationship management, and overseeing co-marketing campaigns, including the production of collateral, webinars, and events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Consulting or knowledge of consulting business models and value propositions
  • Experience in sales or business development roles within the SaaS Enterprise industry
  • Comfortable working within high-growth environments – delivering value quickly and iteratively
  • Knowledge of automation/RPA, process transformation, AI or related domains
