• Experience using Pickle and passion for the fashion industry is a must for this role!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, styles, and visual merchandising skills
• Good inventory organization, management and maintenance skills
• Weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by providing personalized assistance and guiding them to find suitable pieces, both in-store and within the online app
• Communicate with our customer support team for any inquiries, questions, or concerns costumers might have
• Uphold store policies and procedures to ensure a seamless experience for customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Assist in the execution of store events, sales initiatives, and seasonal campaigns to drive store traffic and enhance customer engagement

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in retail or fashion is a plus
