Requirements
- Trained in Customer Experience fundamentals
- 2 years of experience with O365 fundamentals including SPO, Power Apps and Flow
- A portfolio demonstrating your ability to research and design is required
- Experience and examples of authored knowledge base articles
- Experience and examples of customer journey maps
- Experience and examples of conducting usability tests, card sorts, field studies, survey analysis, and journey map analysis
- Experience and examples of ability to create wireframes
- Experience with user interface design patterns and best practice
Responsibilities
- Collaborating on user experience planning
- Consulting with clients and a range of team members
- Leading meetings with clients to understand requirements
- Identifying capabilities/services for end users
- Researching and identifying existing content and missing content to support the system development
- Creating/designing wireframes, process flows, user personas, and journey maps
- Use storyboarding, task analysis, and user research tasks to capture and develop user requirements
- Conducting user research activities such as usability testing and surveys
- Follow up on any submissions from user research activities
- Assist with IT capabilities and support for meetings
- Providing overview presentations and Q&A talks for various client teams
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of accessibility requirements is a plus
