Join Natera as a Patient Coordinator and play a pivotal role in the success of our oncology product lines. You will be responsible for cultivating strong patient relationships, ensuring timely test management, and collaborating with internal teams to boost revenue and market development. As a patient advocate, you will address patient needs, coordinate logistics, and solve problems. You will also manage business system tools and identify opportunities for ongoing testing. This position requires a minimum of two years of call center and sales experience. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Call Center experience in an inbound and outbound capacity
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Outgoing personality with excellent oral & presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically
- Emphasis on competitive analysis and team-first attitude
- Ability to relate and educate our technology to potential patients
- Strong quantitative and MS Excel skills
- Self-motivation, with the desire and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
- Must act with a sense of urgency
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
Responsibilities
- Work with the Field Sales team and internal operations groups to maintain & support existing customers
- Assess the needs of patients with a focus on customer support, coordination of logistics, and problem-solving
- Maintain and support a service-oriented relationship with patients
- Ensure all data and analysis requests from different parts of the organization are addressed in a timely manner
- Help manage our business system tools (e.g. QlikView, Salesforce)
- Identify, nurture, and grow the patient relationship in order to influence and schedule ongoing testing
- Performs other duties as assigned
