Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the online payment industry, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, or strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Former use of a ticketing system such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc
  • Detail Orientation: Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of proposing, demonstrating, and documenting solutions effectively
  • Organizational Ability: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of balancing multiple projects

Responsibilities

  • Migration Expertise: Develop deep understanding and expertise in migrating payment data to, from, and within the Virtuous Payments platform
  • Customer Support: Provide high-quality responses to customer inquiries related to token migrations and our payment processing solution
  • Critical Thinking: Demonstrate a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues even when faced with unfamiliar or complex scenarios
  • Liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of contact for credit card token migrations, collaborating closely with existing and prospective Virtuous users, third-party processors, and internal teams
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that all data handling processes comply with top-tier security and compliance standards, safeguarding sensitive information throughout the migration process
  • Documentation and Solutions: Propose, demonstrate, and document solutions effectively, ensuring clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
