Payroll Bureau Processor

Summary

The job is for a Payroll Bureau team member at Sona, a rapidly growing Frontline Operating System company. The role involves managing complex payrolls and resolving customer queries. Requirements

• Qualified in UK payroll or working towards a CIPP or other Payroll qualification
• Good understanding of the full payroll cycle including pensions
• Comfortable managing own workload and deadlines without constant supervision
• Team player who enjoys working collaboratively and cross functionally
• Knowledge of and adherence to AML and CTF policies
• Advanced user of MS Excel e.g. v-lookups, pivot tables, concatenation etc but also the G Suite of products (Sona uses these primarily)

Responsibilities

• Payroll completion for specific clients each payroll period including input entry, processing, report generation and checking
• Completion of RTI submissions
• Creation of BACs files and submission to BACs software for approval
• Completion of Pension reconciliations and uploads
• Resolving customer queries via Zendesk
• Conducting AML cyclical checks using Veriphy
