Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical bent of mind
  • Strong research, problem-solving and process development skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales and Customer success teams to understand the prospect’s global payroll challenges and requirements
  • Conduct discovery sessions with potential clients to assess needs, pain points, and global payroll complexities
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations of the global payroll / EOR solution, showcasing its value and capabilities
  • Present solutions that address prospect needs, while highlighting the flexibility, scalability, and compliance capabilities of the payroll solution
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices, compliance considerations, and industry trends in global payroll
  • Support the sales cycle by providing technical and functional expertise, including responding to RFPs, RFIs
  • Work closely with the Product Management and Implementation teams to stay aligned with the product roadmap and up-to-date with new product features and developments
  • Liaise with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from presales to post-sales
