Payroll Support

Summary

Join BambooHR's Payroll Support Team as a remote Client Support Specialist! You will provide exceptional email and phone support to small and medium-sized business clients, troubleshooting payroll software issues and offering solutions. This role requires a passion for customer care, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. While prior payroll experience is a plus, a desire to learn is essential. Requirements

• Passion for customer care and have the ability to champion high levels of client satisfaction
• Desire to learn payroll
• Articulate and concise in both written and oral communication
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Tech-savvy
• Ability to shift between tasks with ease
• Ability to type 60+ words per minute
• Ability to attend training from 8:00am-5:00pm in person, M-F (MST). After which the schedule would be 9am-6pm, M-F (MST)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional email and phone support for customers
• Provide solutions to questions regarding deductions, garnishments, the BambooHR payroll software, etc
• Research solutions to challenging problems our clients face
• Help clients integrate and utilize the software in the best way possible
• Do your best, focused work, Monday through Friday (no weekends!)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in credit unions, accounting, finance, statistics, or other related fields
• Some experience in payroll
