Requirements
- 3-5 years of PEO experience (in any department), eager to grow in Human Resources
- Strong analytical skills: identify, scope and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues
- Data driven: you challenge status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience
Responsibilities
- Being our HR departments’ support and handling tasks such as maintaining employee records and responding to employee inquiries that may relate to the PEO employee lifecycle at Deel
- Assisting with creating initial handbook drafts, completing employee employment verification notices, generation of reports, handling special projects as assigned, HRIS administration
- Providing a high-level of support to our PEO clients
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, or other ticketing tools is a plus, slack and google workspace
