Join ActBlue's People & Culture team as a Fractional People Business Partner! In this pivotal 3-6 month temporary role, you will work closely with multiple teams and leaders, aligning people and strategy. You'll contribute strategically and hands-on, fostering an innovative culture and providing tactical support. As a strategic advisor, you'll create a People Strategy aligning business goals with talent strategies. This role involves direct work with leadership, leveraging expertise in various HR areas. Requirements
- 6-8 years experience in an People Business Partner or equivalent role
- Experience across the majority (if not all) areas of P&C: Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, DEIB, Employee Experience, Talent and Performance Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations
- Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrates empathy and experience driving DEIB work
- Demonstrates project management and change management experience
- Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solve problems
- Ability to think critically and anticipate issues before they arise, and proactively suggest long-term solutions
- Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
- Strong presentation skills and an ability to tailor content to specific audiences
- Ability to work cross-functionally within a people and culture team

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on performance and growth, including strategic planning, visioning, talent assessment, change management and team building
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders across the business teams you support, driving a visible impact on our evolving business
- Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
- Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
- Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
- Drive talent management strategies to support the assigned business teamβs growth and individual development plans
- Oversee performance review cycles and employee engagement surveys, including calibrations, presenting results, action planning, and measuring effectiveness with clients
- Contribute to projects and programs that enhance the employee experience and position us as a best-in-class company to work for
- Integrate and partner with P&C colleagues across the org to implement solutions and help grow the business
- Partner closely with our Workplace Experience Partners, supporting employee and labor relations issues and Performance Improvement Plans as needed
- Work closely with Talent Development and Talent Acquisition partners, supporting Talent Development and Acquisition strategies and initiatives as needed
- Design and facilitate business team and offsite leadership meetings as needed
- Deploy transformational people programs to shape the future of Act Blue
- Create DEIB strategies to build cultural competence to operate with an inclusive mindset
- May support supplementary projects as assigned, ensuring timely and efficient completion in line with organizational objectives and standards
