Summary

The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a SaaS startup. A Bachelor's degree and PHR or SHRM-CP certification are preferred. Requirements
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience working in a HR Coordinator or Generalist role, preferably in a SaaS start-up environment
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
- You are driven to scale HR processes in a fast paced environment
- You are proactive and self directed learned
- You are passionate about partnering with the business, while leveraging analytics and metrics; attention to detail is a strength
- Ability to demonstrate expertise in juggling multiple tasks at once
- Demonstrate flexibility in day-to-day work
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction
- Lead our “Culture Club” and partner with cross-functional teams to design programs that support a positive, inclusive workplace culture
- Manage and analyze employee engagement surveys, presenting actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with people leaders to foster a high-performance culture and improve employee engagement and departmental metrics
- Act as a champion for company values, ensuring they are reflected in all people-related initiatives
- Partner with our events team in scheduling and coordinating company conference plans and activities
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, providing guidance on workplace matters
- Resolve employee concerns promptly and equitably while maintaining confidentiality
- Conduct investigations and recommend solutions to resolve workplace issues
- Partner with leaders to identify and address skill gaps, succession planning, and career development opportunities in consultation with People Operations Leadership
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to implement training programs that enhance team member growth
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruiting efforts during peak hiring periods, or for your assigned teams
- Assist in sourcing, resume review, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective recruiting strategies
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through streamlined communication and feedback processes
- Partner with other People Ops peers in administering the HRIS system, ensuring accurate employee data and compliance. Maintain HR databases and employee files
- Partner with other People Ops peers in processing payroll with accuracy and timeliness, working closely with the Finance team
- Work closely with HR and operations leaders to support daily business functions, such as payroll, benefits administration, audits, and compliance
- Collaborate with the People Operations team on projects to improve processes and programming
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- Experience with Human Resource Management Systems
