Summary
Join Prelim as our People Operations Manager and help banks globally utilize our digital account opening platform. You will play a crucial role in recruiting, hiring, and supporting talented individuals within our fast-paced remote startup. This position involves managing the entire candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding, and conducting performance reviews and employee training. You will collaborate with various teams to achieve recruiting goals and maintain employee resources. Requirements
- Strong ability to engage with external stakeholders, candidates to advance recruiting goals
- Innate desire to attract, nurture, and help employees grow their careers
- Ability to lead and develop initiatives without waiting for tasks to be assigned
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to have an outsized impact in a rapidly evolving remote environment
Responsibilities
- Recruit star candidates using outbound strategies and campus events
- Serve as the first and primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process
- Build strong relationships with candidates to attract and close candidates on working at Prelim
- Complete new employee onboarding for human resources, benefits, and state registrations/filings
- Run performance review programs to provide employee feedback and improve performance
- Conduct annual employee training for product, compliance, engineering, and security requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, project management, implementations, and sales to attend recruiting events and complete interviews
- Maintain knowledge base articles, training videos, and other resources to empower employees and internal teams
Benefits
- $100,000 - $120,000 a year
