You will work closely with the team on administrative and employee-facing activities, including learning and development, onboarding, and internal engagement. Requirements

  • Recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Portuguese and English
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Google tools, especially Sheets and Docs
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., documentation, equipment, internal communications, scheduling global onboarding sessions, etc)
  • Helping organize and support internal initiatives such as trainings, events, and well-being programs
  • Coordinating logistics and materials for learning & development programs, and supporting internal learning initiatives
  • Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on training participation, vacation, absences, and leaves
  • Providing support for feedback & recognition, employee surveys, and engagement initiatives
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of People Operations and people development processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or academic project experience in HR, People Ops, People Development or administrative support
  • Familiarity with Portuguese labor law basics or HRIS tools (e.g. BambooHR, Personio, etc.)
  • Interest in learning & development, employee experience, or internal communications
  • Experience organizing events, trainings, or team activities (even in academic or volunteer contexts)
  • A genuine passion for people, processes, and creating a great workplace culture
