Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar People Partner / HR Business Partner role
  • Strong knowledge of international employment law and best practices
  • Experience developing and implementing HR policies and managing employee benefits
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex employee relations cases
  • A collaborative, consultative approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple countries, providing guidance on contracts, labor standards, and workplace regulations
  • Collaborate with legal teams to address regional nuances in employment practices
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to reflect international best practices while adhering to local regulations
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure consistent application of policies across the organization
  • Lead the development and enhancement of competitive benefits packages across regions, ensuring alignment with local practices and employee needs
  • Regularly benchmark benefits to maintain market competitiveness and alignment with business strategy
  • Manage and resolve escalations of employee relations cases with a consultative, solutions-focused approach
  • Provide expert advice to managers on performance management, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with global best practices
  • Oversee international assignments, visa applications, and relocations, ensuring smooth transitions for employees across borders
  • Work with external providers (e.g., EORs like Deel) to manage compliance and streamline global mobility processes

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with global mobility processes, including visas and relocations
