Requirements

• Complete undergraduate degree
• Experience in documentation and process improvement
• Experience in report construction and good capacity for data and indicator analysis
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
• Data extraction and treatment in SQL
• Intermediate English
• Organization must be a strong point (Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Evernote, etc.)
• Critical thinking to solve problems and propose improvements, always based on data
• Flexibility to handle changes in priorities and urgent demands
• Initiative to propose improvements and anticipate the area's needs

Responsibilities

• Construct reports monitoring indicators and report them to the area's coordination and management
• Develop recurring and specific analyses, offering improvement suggestions and frequently interacting with other areas
• Ensure the organization and documentation of internal materials and those shared with stakeholders
• Build and guarantee the quality and reliability of the area's key processes
