Proactive Dealer Solutions is seeking a Performance Coach to join its team on the West Coast. The coach will help elevate the success of automotive dealerships by optimizing their performance, enhancing customer experiences, and driving sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Performance Coach, Sales Trainer, or similar role within the automotive industry
• In-depth knowledge of automotive dealership operations, sales processes, and customer service principles
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical abilities to assess performance data and identify areas for improvement
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse teams and individuals
• Flexibility to travel as needed within the West Coast region to conduct on-site coaching sessions

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with automotive dealership owners, managers, and staff to understand their unique challenges and opportunities
• Conduct in-depth performance assessments to identify areas of improvement and growth potential
• Develop personalized coaching plans and training programs to enhance dealership operations, sales techniques, and customer satisfaction
• Implement performance metrics and track progress to measure the effectiveness of coaching initiatives
• Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to provide guidance, motivation, and skill-building to the dealership team
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to inspire and empower dealership staff
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve coaching techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience working with dealership management software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Relevant certifications in coaching, training, or automotive sales
