Requirements

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree
  • Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers
  • Is proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Permanently resides in Latin America
  • Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience
  • Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help
  • Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm
  • Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions
  • Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support
  • Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork

Preferred Qualifications

  • Has previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background
  • Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written
