Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree
- Have 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers
- Be proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency
- Be bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Permanently reside in Latin America
- Own a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience
- Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help
- Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm
- Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions
- Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support
- Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork
