Requirements

• Proven experience as a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist in a legal setting
• Strong understanding of medical billing, lien resolution, and negotiation techniques
• Well-versed in statutory liens (Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Independently negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to secure optimal resolutions for our clients
• Review and analyze medical billing and lien documentation to identify discrepancies, errors, and opportunities for negotiation
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to strategize and support case-specific lien negotiation tactics
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lien negotiation activities and communications
