PH Architect

Summary

The job is for an Architect proficient in Revit who will be responsible for production architecture tasks, collaborating with various teams, and working on a graveyard shift. The role requires 5+ years of experience and advanced/expert skills in Revit.

Requirements

• Self-directed, disciplined, and dedicated to each project from start to completion
• 5+ years of experience in the Architectural field
• ADVANCED and/or EXPERT in Revit
• Can work on a graveyard shift (US timezone)
• WFH

Responsibilities

• The ability to take a project from concept to completion for Team Captains
• Produce Construction Drawings from Concept to Completion for Team Architects
• Provide detailing and redlining for the design team and client
• Collaborate with team
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
• Research and apply the applicable codes on a project-by-project basis
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices
• Can do research on missing information/details/specifications for products, building systems, details, and architectural type
• Generate Revit models to share with the project team
• Generate PDFs for review and redline as required to keep the project moving forward at regular intervals
• Ability to manage, update progress, answer questions, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
