PHP Developer

Summary

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience with PHP
• Solid technology background using PHP as the main language and MySQL relational databases

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, architecture, and development of products and services
• Produce highly scalable, high-quality software in a fast-paced environment
• Find innovative solutions to challenging problems
• Continually improve performance, scalability, and availability of internal systems
• Create tools and processes to increase the productivity of all co-workers

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years programming experience and at least two years recent work in PHP 7/8
• 2+ years experience with a modern backend framework like Laravel or Symfony
• Deep knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Good knowledge of LAMP environment using Docker
• Comfortable with SOLID principles and clean code
• Motivation for topics like Hexagonal Architecture, DDD, TDD, CQRS
• Working knowledge of source control tools (Git)
• Ability to work well under time constraints and self-learning capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• NoSQL Databases (Redis, MongoDB, Elastic)
• Unit Testing
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ o Kafka
• Experience working with Docker
• Other scripting languages (Typescript, Python, Ruby, Go)
• Front-end experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript
