Requirements

• Extensive experience in PHP development and architecture, with deep expertise in frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or Zend
• Strong command of software design principles, including MVC, microservices, and RESTful APIs
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and expertise in caching, load balancing, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering high-quality software
• At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
• A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the architecture of PHP applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Lead technical planning and design sessions, driving critical technology and design decisions
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to establish and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment
• Ensure applications meet rigorous security and compliance standards throughout the development lifecycle
• Mentor and support development teams, conducting code reviews and offering technical guidance
• Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance functionality, performance, and scalability

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker
• Working knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., Vue.js, React) to support integrated architecture design
• PHP Lead Architect certification or equivalent credentials
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
