Requirements
- Knowledge in access control, surveillance systems and IT technologies pertaining to the physical security field
- Proven track record in working on physical security projects β systems concept, bill of quantities, tender evaluation or installation coordination
- Be available outside of normal business hours for short periods in case of unforeseen events
- English language is required (oral/written)
- Methodic and result-oriented
- Proactive, autonomous and autodidact
- Ability to interact with representatives from different backgrounds, to show pedagogy and communicate technical or safety concepts to all types of stakeholders
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation
- Adapt quickly to change and able to work under pressure
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Organizes and conducts physical security and life safety assessments in Ubisoft's objectives, on-site or remote
- Participate in peer review for other security assessments
- Initiates and follows up plans to remedy the identified deficiencies together with the contact persons from the assessed sites
- Provide expertise and technical-operational support for the implementation of measures
- Manages the implementation of physical security in projects of construction, renewal, or modification of Ubisoft spaces
- Acts as subject matter expert and point of contact
- Prepares or revises the solution for physical security systems, floorplans and bill of quantities
- Estimates or evaluates the security budget, and reviews technical-commercial offers
- Follows up the implementation of the solution, provides technical, legal, operational expertise, and ensures the correct implementation of physical security measures
- Collaborates with related teams
- Participate in the drafting and revision of global security policies and standards
- Check local procedures in accordance with global security policies and legislation in force
- Provides support and expertise in the preparation of local security procedures and directives
- Provides support in the implementation of physical security measures at events, in communication and awareness campaigns
