Physician Recruiter

Summary

Join Aya Healthcare, a rapidly growing healthcare workforce solutions provider, as a Recruiter! You will proactively contact physicians, introducing them to locum tenens careers and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires identifying and recruiting qualified physicians, building relationships, and generating leads. You'll need a Bachelor's degree and staffing experience. Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified physicians for contracted assignments
• Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
• Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a locum tenens career
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals
• Build and maintain unique relationships both internally and externally
• Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
