As a 1099 independent contractor, you will review medical necessity of treatment requests and appeals, spending an average of 10-15 minutes per case. Training is provided and takes less than a week to complete. You'll have control over your caseload and work hours, choosing services and case types to fit your schedule. Dane Street handles all administrative tasks, providing a user-friendly portal and extensive case preparation.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted MA or VA Medical License
• Active Practice
• Board Certified
• No doctor/patient relationship is established, and no treatment is provided

Responsibilities

• Review the medical necessity of treatment requests and appeals
• Address the medical necessity of previously denied services
• Complete several cases within an hour
• Maintain your active practice while completing reviews
