Requirements

• Pedagogical experience in the field of physiotherapy and completed further education or certification in the field of education
• Interest or experience in creating digital learning materials
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Initiative, proactivity, and a passion for finding innovative solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative curricula: Plan, design, and optimize educational programs that specifically address the learning needs of the physiotherapy industry
• Independently manage projects: Coordinate the development and implementation of new course formats and take responsibility for quality assurance
• Promote effective collaboration: Work closely with the specialist language team and other departments to develop interdisciplinary educational content
• Optimize in-person and online courses: Ensure that all course formats meet current standards and are continuously developed

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of online training programs and international recognition processes in the physiotherapy industry
