Ping Identity and Access Manager Architect in Worldwide

Summary

The job involves designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions using Ping Identity products for a fully remote technology company specializing in identity and access management. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as PCIP.

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, plan, and implement identity and access management solutions
• Design, configure, and customize PingFederate and PingAccess to meet business requirements
• Integrate IAM systems with various applications, databases, and directories
• Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal functionality
• Develop and implement access control policies and practices
• Monitor and analyze access and identity data to identify and mitigate potential security risks
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues in a timely manner
• Provide guidance and support to team members on IAM best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance IAM capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Ping Identity and Access Manager Architect
• Deep understanding of identity and access management concepts
• Strong knowledge of Ping Identity products, including PingFederate and PingAccess preferred
• Experience with SSO, MFA, and other IAM protocols and technologies preferred
• Familiarity with cloud identity solutions is a preferred
• Relevant certifications such as Ping Identity Certified Professional (PCIP) preferred
