Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or advanced credential preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in customer service, student services, workforce development, talent placement, recruitment, or a similarly metrics-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build professional rapport via phone and email
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with availability during standard business hours
- Strong time management skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end placement process for online graduate students
- Research, identify, and establish new clinical placement opportunities with social work agencies and related organizations nationwide
- Collect, review, and ensure all site documentation meets university and programmatic standards
- Strategically match students to placement sites by aligning student interests, program requirements, and site capabilities
- Consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to weekly outreach, documentation, and student matching timelines
- Maintain timely placements to ensure students’ academic progress and success
- Provide excellent customer service through professional, proactive communication with site partners and internal teams
- Accurately track all communications and site information using a CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data is current and well-organized
- Identify and escalate barriers to placement and recommend solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with social service, healthcare, or educational institutions is a plus, but not required
