You will lead analytics for the core product experience, owning the full stack from defining key metrics to running experiments. This cross-functional role requires close collaboration with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Design teams. You will build data models, define core metrics, analyze user behavior, design experiments, and identify data issues. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in a relevant field, advanced SQL skills, and experience with dbt or similar tools. Requirements
- 5+ years in product analytics, analytics engineering, or a similar role
- Advanced SQL and experience with dbt or similar analytics tooling
- Python experience for analysis, modeling, or experimentation
- Comfortable working with behavioral health, lifecycle, or time-series data
- Solid understanding of how to design and interpret experiments
- Clear communicator who works well across functions and drives alignment
Responsibilities
- Build clean, scalable data models in dbt
- Define core metrics and ensure theyβre documented, tested, and consistently applied
- Analyze user behavior across onboarding, engagement, coaching, and care delivery
- Design and evaluate experiments to measure product impact and guide decisions
- Proactively identify data issues, regressions, and emerging patterns worth exploring
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers on instrumentation, metric design, and measurement plans
- Additional duties as assigned
