• Extensive knowledge of law enforcement protocols, operational procedures, and ethical standards
• Capability to simulate and analyze complex scenarios related to personnel management and incident response
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct realistic leadership scenarios reflective of first-line supervision in law enforcement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert law enforcement operations into clear, actionable workflows
• Assess and enhance AI training modules to ensure they align with current legal, ethical, and procedural standards
• Mentor AI systems by giving feedback on scenario responses encompassing coordination, ethics, and communication
