- Proven experience as a first-line supervisor of police officers or detectives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of law enforcement protocols, operational procedures, and ethical standards
- Capability to simulate and analyze complex scenarios related to personnel management and incident response
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working fully remotely and collaborating with diverse teams
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct realistic leadership scenarios reflective of first-line supervision in law enforcement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert law enforcement operations into clear, actionable workflows
- Assess and enhance AI training modules to ensure they align with current legal, ethical, and procedural standards
- Mentor AI systems by giving feedback on scenario responses encompassing coordination, ethics, and communication
- Document and report findings to aid in the ongoing improvement of public safety solutions
- Advocate for best practices in crisis management, use-of-force decisions, and team supervision
- Provide insights to enhance the realism and effectiveness of AI-driven incident management applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in law enforcement training, developing curricula, or delivering scenario-based instruction
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies or public safety software solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or a related field
