Policy Implementation Manager

Summary

Join Grace Hill as a Policy, Implementation Manager and lead all aspects of PolicyPartner project implementation. You will work directly with clients, customizing solutions, managing project tasks, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, project management skills, and experience in property or policy management. You will manage project expenses, build client relationships, and troubleshoot issues. The position involves leading small teams and collaborating with senior client personnel. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Five+ years relevant full-time work experience – experience in property management, training, policy management, or project management
• Multifamily management-level experience
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Excellent communicator, able to build rapport and establish credibility
• Close attention to detail
• Strict adherence to established project milestones and deadlines
• Self-motivation/willingness to take initiative
• Willingness to travel approximately up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Facilitate customization meetings
• Control project expenses and client cost containment
• Manage all project tasks, including data entry, content auditing, and editing
• Product implementation and ongoing client communication during implementation
• Develop client relationships and communicate expectations throughout projects
• Troubleshoot problems regarding products provided and handle client complaints
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and other staff to help facilitate the timely completion of projects

Preferred Qualifications

Management consulting experience
