Postdoctoral Fellow

Summary

Join Headspace as a Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow and contribute to our mission of improving mental well-being. This remote, US-based fellowship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in telehealth services within a collaborative care environment. You will provide high-quality teletherapy, participate in training and supervision, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The program emphasizes evidence-based practices, cultural responsiveness, and measurement-based care. Fellows must have completed an APA-accredited doctoral program and internship. Requirements

• Completed all degree requirements (including dissertation defense) by postdoctoral fellowship start date
• Completed doctorate in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program by postdoctoral fellowship start date
• Completed APA-accredited internship training program by postdoctoral fellowship start date
• Doctoral degree must be conferred by December 31, 2025
• Reside in the US
• Attend all onboarding and orientation meetings as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, telehealth services in states throughout the country under the supervision of a psychologist who holds the appropriate licenses
• Participate in weekly supervision, attend assigned program meetings and training seminars, complete clinical documentation within the required time frame
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Possess experience with and are passionate about telehealth and digital mental healthcare
• Are invested in their own growth and development as a clinician
• Are committed to measurement-based care and evidence-based approaches
• Are experienced with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological concerns and disorders
• Possess the capacity to consistently devote 40 hours weekly to the yearlong postdoctoral fellow program
