Power Automate

Summary

Join Encora as a Power Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain business applications and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs and deliver effective low-code/no-code solutions. Leverage Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other connectors to build scalable apps and flows. Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions and create technical documentation. Participate in requirements gathering and ensure compliance with governance and security best practices. This is a full-time, hybrid or remote position based in Bucharest, Craiova, or Skopje.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps)
• Proven ability to create and maintain complex Power Automate flows
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, and SQL Server
• Good understanding of Power Platform architecture, connectors, and licensing
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy canvas and model-driven Power Apps based on business needs
• Automate business processes using Power Automate, integrating Microsoft 365 and third-party services
• Leverage Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other connectors to build scalable apps and flows
• Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation and end-user guides
• Participate in requirements gathering and collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and lifecycle best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are a strong advantage
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
