Requirements

• Expertise in Power BI – Data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding
• Strong SQL Proficiency – Advanced query writing, performance optimization, and data analysis
• Data Engineering Knowledge – Experience with ETL pipelines and data modelling
• Agile Development Experience – Working in Agile teams, iterative development, and cross-team collaboration
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Ability to interact with customers and internal teams effectively
• Problem-Solving & Soft Skills – Strong analytical thinking and ability to resolve complex data challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Relevant Experience: 8+ years

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business insights
• Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver iterative solutions
• Work with data engineering pipelines and ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Leverage Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration where applicable (without direct Azure development)
• Apply strong business and data analysis skills to interpret and present key insights
• Demonstrate problem-solving and soft skills to address complex data challenges and collaborate effectively
