Power BI Developer

Summary

Join our client, an AI and analytics solutions firm, for a 4-6 week project engagement (with potential extension) developing and designing paginated reports in Power BI Desktop. You will build and manage data models, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with legal standards. This role requires 3+ years of Power BI experience, proficiency in Power Query, DAX, and data integration, and strong data visualization skills. The position offers flexibility, allowing for part-time or full-time arrangements, and is open to candidates throughout Latin America. Compensation is based on experience and is paid in USD.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of hands-on work with Power BI Desktop, including creating paginated reports
• Be proficient in Power Query, DAX, and integrating data from sources like SQL Server, Excel, and SharePoint
• Have a strong understanding of data visualization best practices and interactive dashboard creation
• Have B2/C1 English Level

Responsibilities

• Develop and design paginated reports in Power BI Desktop to meet business needs, focusing on data related to invoices, costs, and procurement
• Build and manage data models to support complex reporting and analytics requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable, high-quality dashboards
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards by producing accurate and reliable reports
• Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and efficiency

• Have familiarity with reporting in legal and regulatory frameworks
• Have excellent ability to collaborate remotely and translate business needs into technical solutions
