Summary

Join our team as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot, and Dataverse. You will play a key role in modernizing processes, automating workflows, and integrating data-driven solutions to enhance business efficiency. Develop custom Power Apps, automate workflows, manage data, create Power BI reports, implement integrations, and ensure application security. Collaborate with business analysts and IT teams to deliver effective solutions. This full-time, remote position (Latin America, aligning with Central Time) offers USD compensation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Expertise in Power Apps (canvas & model-driven apps) and Dataverse
  • Strong experience in Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows for RPA, AI Builder)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Power Fx, JSON, and SQL for custom functionalities
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, AI/ML, Cognitive Services)
  • Hands-on experience with security roles, permissions, authentication (OAuth, Azure AD, SSO)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop Custom Power Apps: Build canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals tailored to business needs
  • Automate Workflows: Create and optimize business process automation using Power Automate (flows), AI Builder, and RPA
  • Data Management: Design and manage Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, and other data sources for structured and efficient storage
  • Power BI Reporting: Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for data visualization and business insights
  • Integrations & APIs: Implement integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, REST APIs, and third-party applications
  • Security & Governance: Ensure application security, compliance, and governance best practices are followed
  • Testing & Deployment: Perform unit testing, UAT, and deployments using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other CI/CD tools
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Power Platform Certifications: PL-600 or PL-400
  • Experience with Dataverse Web API, custom connectors, and Azure API Management
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code best practices and governance
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Virtual Agents, or Copilot AI
  • Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, government, or supply chain
