Summary
Cyclotron is seeking a Power Platform Practice Lead to develop and oversee tailored solutions for their global Power Platform practice. The role involves managing a team of consultants, driving an expansion strategy, and ensuring client success. The position requires proven experience in a practice leadership role, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, people management skills, and a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and related Generative AI technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a practice leadership role within a consulting or technology services environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate client needs into actionable delivery plans
- Experienced people manager focused on employee growth and satisfaction
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and related Generative AI technologies, including but not limited to: Dynamics 365, No code low code, Model driven apps, Power Virtual Agents and Power Pages, Copilot Studio
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored solution offerings to meet the needs of our client base, leveraging our Microsoft partnership to supplement these solutions
- Educate on GTM offers internally, as well as to our client base and Microsoft point of contacts
- Stay ahead of emerging Power Platform and Gen AI technologies to create/revise GTM offers
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients and Microsoft account teams to drive client success
- Ongoing delivery oversight to ensure engagement success
- Responsible for client retention and services expansion within the Power Platform practice
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement in delivery and client satisfaction
- Directly influence the clientβs digital transformation journey by driving Power Platform and Gen AI solutions to meet their business needs
- Manage a team of consultants, providing them with the necessary support to deliver engagements successfully
- Support the team in individual employee growth and development
- Continue practice growth by executing a strategic plan of expansion, aligning to company goals
