Summary

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or computer engineering, or equivalent military experience
  • 3+ years in an individual contributor role related to offensive security
  • 3+ years in a technical leadership or people management role in a consulting business
  • 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales role
  • An ability to distinguish between good security engineering and superior security engineering
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that drives superior achievement relative to business goals
  • A servant leadership philosophy that puts the needs of the team ahead of the needs of oneself
  • A willingness to hold oneself to high standards while holding others to the same

Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams of security engineers, align their work to company priorities, and accept ultimate responsibility for their success
  • Define novel service offerings in response to our customers’ needs and successfully bring them to market
  • Carry out customer success functions for a defined group of customers and accept responsibility for retaining and growing these relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • An advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or computer engineering
  • A greater duration of experience than the time periods listed under “Required Qualifications”
  • Experience as a commissioned officer or senior noncommissioned officer
  • Experience briefing C-suite executives or flag officers
