Summary
Join HubSpot's PreSales team as the EMEA Upmarket Director and lead a team of 4-5 managers, driving operational excellence and aligning efforts with Upmarket segment leaders. You will provide strategic leadership, utilizing data and KPIs to guide PreSales teams and collaborate cross-functionally to implement HubSpot's Upmarket strategy. This role requires a seasoned leader with proven experience in senior leadership within PreSales, a deep understanding of Upmarket segments, and a track record of driving growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills, along with an analytical mindset. Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within PreSales or a related field
- Deep understanding of Upmarket and/or SB segments, with a track record of driving growth
- Second-line management experience, with a proven record of leading large teams, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and purposeful team environment, and has led PreSales strategy to accelerate sales, developing technical go-to-market motions for large customer acquisition
- Experience leading technical teams in an Upmarket environment, demonstrating the ability to manage complexity and scale a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience influencing internally (at all levels of the organization including senior leadership teams) and externally (customers and partners). Experience building and maintaining strong relationships, with the ability to build trust, influence, and work cross-functionally
- Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision making
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4-5 managers, fostering operational excellence with a focus on Upmarket alignment
- Utilise data, KPIs, and OKRs to guide the PreSales teams, aligning efforts with Upmarket segment leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Play an active role in implementing HubSpot’s Upmarket strategy, enhancing feedback loops for product development
- Collaborate with the Global PreSales leadership team to evolve the Upmarket space, ensuring synergy with global Upmarket Segment Leaders
