Summary

Join Ohalo, a company redefining enterprise unstructured data governance and security, as a self-starting Sales Engineer. Lead all technical pre-sales activities, from demos and RFP/RFI responses to POC execution. Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive revenue. You will be responsible for successfully matching customer needs with proposed solutions and creating compelling presentations and demos. This fully remote role (East Coast US time zone) requires a proven track record in a similar role and strong technical skills. Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Pre-sales Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Support Engineer, Solutions Architect; or a Software Developer with experience leading projects and/or working with customers
  • Gravitas and confidence that makes people sit up and listen to you
  • Proven track record engineering complex enterprise solutions into enterprise clients at C-level
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex technical concepts in an easy to understand manner
  • Systems-oriented thinking to understand client problems and develop solutions for them where our product fits in
  • Prior experience with one or more of the following: file server systems (SMB), document management systems (OpenText), cloud technologies (Office365, Google Workspace S3, Azure file and blob storage, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales & Customer Success teams to drive revenue
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
  • Lead all POCs
  • Support sales team with solution selling into enterprise clients at C-level
  • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with RedHat/CentOS or container frameworks (such as Docker)
  • Prior experience with Identity and Access Management or Data Loss Prevention tools
  • The ability to code in Python or a similar language
