Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and analysis of pricing strategies for various logistics services
• Support the operations team in daily tasks, including shipment coordination, documentation, and tracking
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to assist in the development of competitive pricing strategies
• Participate in meetings and training sessions to gain comprehensive knowledge of NTMK’s operations and pricing strategies
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the department
