Primary Care FNP Practicum Faculty

Join Chamberlain College of Nursing as a Part Time Online Visiting Professor and teach students in our MSN program, utilizing your expertise to educate and empower the next generation of nurses.

Requirements

• Must be certified as FNP by AANP or ANCC
• Must have PhD, DNP, EdD or other relevant doctoral degree
• A minimum of 2 years teaching experience (online teaching experience preferred)
• Professional Development experience preferred
• An active unencumbered Compact RN nursing license
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) Louisiana RN/APRN
• Must also have Illinois RN nursing license (or willing to obtain at own expense prior to being able to teach)
• Must have subject matter expertise in the course of instruction
• Faculty must have excellent communication, motivational, and instructional skills in a diverse and non-traditional environment
• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), WebEx/Teams (or similar platform) and Internet with a strong emphasis on Excel
